يستعد منتخب مالي لمواجهة نظيره منتخب جنوب أفريقيا في إطار مباريات الجولة الأولى من دور المجموعات في مسابقة كأس أمم أفريقيا المقامة في ساحل العاج.

وتحدث مدرب منتخب مالي خلال المؤتمر الصحفي للمباراة المرتقبة أمام منتخب جنوب أفريقيا عن رغبته في تحقيق بداية جيدة في افتتاحية مشوار مالي في المسابقة.

وقال إيريك تشيل: من المهم بالنسبة لنا أن نبدأ بداية جيدة أمام البافانا بافانا ونحصل على الثلاث نقاط في افتتاحية مبارياتنا في المجموعة.

جدير بالذكر أن تستضيف ساحل العاج بطولة كأس أمم أفريقيا للمرة الثانية في تاريخها بعدما استضافتها عام 1984 للمرة الأولى، وهي النسخة الرابعة والثلاثون من المسابقة.
